The "Evil Empire" cover is an altered Mel Ramos painting of the 1940s comic hero Crimebuster, with the boy's emblem changed from a c to a lowercase e. The original, "Crime Busters", was a birthday gift to the boy who posed.
Condition is excellent, with a crisp, unfaded print and no holes, stains or pilling.
The "Evil Empire" cover is one of the most recognisable images in rap-metal, a strong pickup for 90s alternative collectors.
